On June third I purchased a Lifetime full & Unlimited Access membership to download from the site for $26.88. I was given a username: mpuv3y and a password:umvpy3x. Neither work to gain access to the site. I was charged additional unauthorized fees of $15.48 for Download Protection, a $9.95 Pro Version fee, and a Net Spy Option fee of 14.88. The grand total charged to my Mastercard was $67.19. The confirmation Email said that the transaction will appear on my statement as MusicSupport.biz. I want a refund and for this to be rectified. read full review »
