I ordered a "free" trial of Ivory Brites for $4.99. Then a charge of $88.97 appeared on my credit card. I called Ivory Brites and was told the charge was for a 2nd product (which I had neither ordered nor did I ever receive) and, in order to receive a refund, I would need to request an RMA number via the internet and return the product. I requested said RMA number 5 different times and have never received one. What a scam! I intend to report this as a fraudulent charge and, hopefully, will not have to pay it. It's appalling to see the number of similar type complaints against this company. Will something be done about their tactics? read full review »
