I was on internet and saw ad. I ordered the Acaix3 on line. They charged my credit card 4/19/09 and I called to say I never received any product. I asked to cancel my order and they claimed to have shipped my order. I called on 5/5/o9 and again I called on 5/13/09 and they said that they cannot refund the product but would reship me another bottle, which I never received.
