I placed an order and then tried to cancel after I realized what I had done. I was supposed to get an email with an order confirmation number which was needed to return product or cancel. Never got an email. Emailed the address given on the website. No response. Tracked down a number some how - got someone with a heavy Indian accent who couldn't tell me anything., The actual company on the box is supposedly in Canada but could not be located.
