I went to LENDAMERICA to get a loan modification, they said I was not eligable for the there program. They told me that someone is going to give me a call who will help me get my modification. Like a week or so after someone gave me a call saying I spoke to a Igor Lipkin at LENDAMERICA, who's name is Jim Macaan. He promise me that his team definately can get me this modification, so I went along due to the fact that he got my infomation from LENDAMERICA, I felt thi would be a safe transaction. $1, 950 that is what I gave to them.
