As I've read I'm not the only one with this problem. It seems that an actual rebate being received from 'Cricket Broadband' is unheard of. I followed the instructions to the letter (even sending in original receipts and bar codes, how convenient for them!). They are now telling me it is not available in my area. If it wasn't available in my area then why did the salesgirl give me the form to fill out? Buyers beware, don't believe the hype. You can purchase other broadband services for less and don't have to worry about a rebate form. read full review »
