I am very frustrated with the company's service! It took more than a month before 2-10 decided to replace my dishwasher. They gave me the option of buy-out for $570 or getting a GE-brand dishwasher, which I thought would be a better option so I chose the GE-brand dishwasher. But the person I talked to misunderstood my option!
