2 days ago I tabbed into a under free trial offer, gave my visa number for cost of Shipping and handling fees of $3.75 or .85. Today I was checking my account and saw a debit of $82.31. I am furious! I immediately was on the phone at the 800 number for 30 minutes listening to the automate voice telinge me to hold due to volume of calls with the last one telling me good bye! I am even more furious and having been trying to email them and calling the 866# with not success either!!
