I shopped from many qualifying stores from Bank of America ADD IT UP program and still have not received any promised cash back. My purchases were mostly made back in December 2008, and its already June 09, and still nothing! I called numerous times to the customer care and they all keep on telling me they will "investigate" but nothing happens. The most annoying part is that they have the nerve to tell me that I did not go through their site to purchase because there were no CLICKS.
