Verizon complain 6 4 09 At about the 20th of the month of April, 2009, I called Verizon Customer Service to add the TV (basic service) to existing Internet service of (7MPPS) and Phone service (unlimited local calls & all 13 features) for the advertised special of $64.99/Month + tax, after Daniel from Verizon Customer Service assured me about all the charges/fees, No installation charge, No charge for router and three TV boxes, only $64.99 plus taxes, he scheduled the 6th of May 2009 for this service, Verizon installer did not show up... read full review »
