Travel Partners accepted our Time Share as part of the agreement with the Platinum Program sold to us (plus a payment of $3, 700.00). This Time Share was to be filed in August of 2006 and has not been done as yet. Maintenance was promised to be paid by Travel Partners (Betty) and has not. This leaves our credit rating in jeopardy. We waited for Travel Partners to show for a court arbitration and they were a 'no show'. We again have a court date for February 16, 2009. If they are a 'no show' again (legal representation by Travel Partners required), then we will proceed with our next step. Stay away from this company. read full review »
