BUYER BEWARE OF WALMARTS SITE-TO-STORE EXPRESS PROGRAM I purchased Walmart's Site-to-Store Express in December of 2008 for an annual fee of $29.00. It worked very well and I was able to use it on nearly all the items on my list. The site-to-store shipping option was available for clothing (regular priced and clearance), gift items that were personalized, board games, kids toys and various other items.
