"Meet and Assist" my ass! After ALL passengers have alighted the plane, my grandmother was made to wait 15 minutes for the skylift and wheelchair we pre-booked. After the first 15 minutes, passengers on the next flight started to board and guess what? The crew asked my grandmother to get out of the plane - on her own without the skylift!
