3 months ago a fee of $14.95 showed up on my home phone AT&T bill. It was from OAN services, supposedly for an email service monthly fee for a "signature Mrkt news." I have no idea what this is and certainly didn't order it. When I try to call the OAN phone number it says the extension is unavailable. I spoke with an AT&T agent who took the charges off for 2 months and tried to get in touch with OAN but said that ultimately I would have to speak with OAN which so far has been impossible. Why is this company allowed to get away with this? What is our recourse? read full review »
