I ordered a CD $1.95 received the CD and my Norton Antivirus said Trojan Virus on CD. I immediately took it out and emailed Google. No response. Come to find out they have debited my account $72.79. I have called 1-888-256-1248 and the call center has cancelled my account (account that I knew nothing about) but I have to send a written letter for refund to 970 West Broadway Ste E347, Jackson, WY 83001.
