This bank is a fraud!!! Not only are they making money out of the outrageous interest fees that they charge (mine's is 27.24%), they are making money out of these over limit fees that they continue to charge even though I never went over my limit and ALWAYS paid my minimum payment on time! I got a $300 limit and made sure to stay below that limit. When I received my first bill, I already had a $39.00 over limit fee.
