On May 28th 2009, I went there to to have a bridge re-cemented in place. They NEVER discussed or mentioned that there was NO guarantee how long the repair would last. They billed my insurance company and I paid a $55.00 co-pay. Less than 18 HOURS later, the repair failed and the bridge came out in a salad I was eating (no croutons). I contacted them the next day (Friday) and they scheduled me for a repair today (6/5/2009).
