I bought in August 2008. Screen freezes after turning on the PC. You need to re-start the computer mulitple times. Hard drive was bad within 6 months of use. In addition, technical support is in Asia and they have a REALLY hard time communicating. They sent me a bad hard drive (which required me to spend an additional $230 at Geek Squad to diagnose and replace the hard drive). If your PC and the data is important to you (e.g. business use, photos, videos) DO NOT BUY this product. It has been a very expensive, stressful and frustrating experience.
