My wife and I live in Louisiana and I work in Afghanistan for the Department of Defense. My wife was visiting Georgia in February 2009 and while she was there, her Escalade would not start. She called On Star and roadside assistance towed it to Riverside Chevrolet-Cadillac in Rome Ga. The Escalade stayed at the dealer for a week and the dealer said they were having trouble finding out why the Escalade would not start.
