kaplan university is the worst school i have ever attended. the financial aid dept. is ridiculously slow. i have been attending kaplan since march 25 and it is june 5 and now i have been blocked from signing in. and i am not able to start my june classes because kaplan is saying that i have missing documents. but i don't have missing documents, i have filled out the form that they are saying i am missing 5 times and i have 5 confirmations from me faxing it to them. when i call them they dont respond to me until weeks later. the customer service people are very very rude. choosing kaplan was the biggest mistake i ever made. read full review »
