After making an account with them in December, I decided not to purchase because I found a Snuggie at a local Walgreens. So, no shipping costs. Fast-forward to June, I check my credit card bill online and notice a $35.85 charge from GPM*SNUGGIE. It is impossible to get to a live representative through their customer service, so I had to dispute the charges via my credit card.
