I authorized Google Profits to deduct $1.97 for shipping of their cd as advertised during a special offer. I did not authorized an additional charge of $99.00 on June 1, 2009. I am a senior citizen and I do not have money to waste. Google is always advertising their work at home plan and how you can make extra money, too bad the one time I participate because of the free cd offer it turns out to be fraud. The telephone number that my bank has to contact Google did not work and the number on the cd case does not work. How does a senior citizen get their money back.
