I have two ongoing disputes with HomeAnnex.com. They shipped a product I cancelled after I was told it had to be backordered and wouldn't be available for a few weeks. On top of that, the product that arrived was defective! I tried to contact their customer service countless times through phone calls and emails, but almost no one picks up the phone nor returns an email.
