Sent off for a trial sample and less than two weeks later Nov. 16th my bank account was charged for $88.62, then again for $94.57 on the 26th. No package recieved. Tried to call them on two phone numbers but impossible to get through. One phone was disconnected at one time. Recieved one package that I sent back the next day with delivery confirmation. Finally managed to get through to them and cancelled the account I didn't know I had. I sent off an email demanding my money back. and got a reply saying that they had no record of my account. Anyone have any idea on what to do? I've disputed the charges with my bank. read full review »
