Looking at my statement this time, I noticed a charge for $14.95 for sum ez saver program. There isn't a website for them, and the only number available is an automated system to cancel the program. I contacted ProFlowers and they stated that I had to have seen the offer because it popped up on a big window...I said, No and that I'm not interested in any of their programs or their flowers and to give me my money back. They issued a credit, said it would take 5-10 business days. I also had a $1.95 charge for the initial trial. They are crediting that to. I can't believe this b.s.
