My husband plowed snow for SAL's this past winter because Stephen Lopez (the company's owner) was a business contact of his and offered him the extra work. We were expecting our first child and my husband took the job because he knew Steve and we needed the extra money. Steve was an extremely volatile man on the job, and all the workers knew to not get on his bad side - which was apparently very easy to do.
