Emerge has closed my account after only one late payment and refuses to reopen the account. They mailed me out a letter telling me since I didn't agree to the terms of the account it would be closed. This is a business card and I was left stranded unable to use the account. I had no notification that the card was closed and did not use the card daily so I called the number on the back of the card after it was refused.
