My 1986 944 Turbo had an engine fire--Joe Cogbill purchased the car from me--He wrote me a bad NSF check. I have called and left messages---Joe has not paid me yet--I am filing with the Court in Clayton County for a Felony NSF check warrant against Joe Cogbill of German Auto Dismantlers---Do Not Do Any Business with Joe Cogbill or his company.
