As an ex-employee for Jeff Hiatt, I couldn't believe how shady this company operated. This whole Orange Oil thing is a complete joke. The chemical is as effective as using regular WD-40 oil. Don't believe me, try it! Having worked for several other termite companies in the past I was so shocked to see how poorly Jeff Hiatt handles customer service.
