We moved across country from Houston and asked that the movers show up in Houston between the hours of 7 and 9 am. They showed up at noon and only gave us a $25 discount. The Houston manager, Eric, that was responsible for the pick-up makes more than that per hour and refused to give us any more than that off even though we had to end up taking a whole day off from work instead of only half.
