I have had Verison Wireless broadband service for about 1 year. My normal combined bill (cell and broadband) is between $200 and $300 per month. This month I recieved my monthy cell bill and it was for $10, 000. When contacted Verizon's customer service agreed to correct the overcharge. Now they have recanted and are demanding $10, 000 for a month of Internet service. read full review »
