i am trying to get somewhere with gmac with a loan modification.. the day that the forms were online from them i filled them out and sent them in (middle of april). of course they claim they got the packet on may 18. no one has called and ive now called them twice. the last time they hung up on me!!!my second mortgage company is sls and we did the modification over the phone with the paperwork now on the way for me to sign. my payment with them went from 985 interest only to 614 interest only. for some reason their people are interested in... read full review »
