I really feel like cps is a very unprofessional service. I had been having finanacial promblems. My car needed some major repairs. I was only one month late w/ my payment I called AN EXPLAINED! they made me pay an extention fee, they told me it cost 25 dollars to do this, then she asked me how much I had in my account, not thinking I said about 26.00 dollars I think. They then proceeded to tell me it would cost 25.00 I said ok. tHEY TOOK! 26.00 out which made my account bounce i had to pay my over draft. So that was on may 22 of 09 Then... read full review »
