We took our 6 month old cockapoo in for his first grooming experience and we told the woman who checked us in specifically that we wanted him to remain shaggy, he had about 4" of hair and we wanted 1/2 of the length cut off. In the US, that means 2" should be cut and 2" should remain, right? Nope...our dog was shaved!!! On the paperwork I signed, there were instructions for 1/2 of his hair length to be cut.
