I've been doing business with Alltel for a year and recently lost my teaching position to a cut back on funding, so I'm having to relocate. Alltel just so happens NOT to have service in the city that I'm relocating to. They said I would be able to use my "roaming" service. Well, roaming is an "extra" charge that I should NOT have to pay!
