The problem that I am having is; I purchased a phone for my son that is in school in Indiana and I live in Houston, TX. I wanted Cricket to put my son’s phone and my phone number on one account so that I could pay for them both at one time. That was apparently too hard for Cricket to perform the first time. Therefore, I called customer service to fix the problem and they said that I had to call back in a month to cancel the service and then put both phones on one account.
