Finally got refund - here's how. took forever, but finally got almost a full refund. First - don't even try their product - they are scam. If you do get suckered in (like I was) - dispute charge with your bank, file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General of CA. Then - forget about arguing with them, they'll just keep sending you the same email with a different name.
