I purchased a battery for my Compact Presario Laptop in Sept. 2008. It would not charge at all. I contacted the company they instructed me to return the battery at my expense and they sent a second one on September 22nd. On about 20th December I contacted the company again and after repeated phone calls and email was informed that the 3 month warranty period had expired and TOUGH LUCK! I would just have to purchase a new battery!!! Is this fair or even legal? read full review »
