Joe Hernandez is a pool builder who takes people's money and does not complete the project. He has no license or insurance although he provides you with fake copies of them. When yu actually call to verify if they are legit, the companies tell you he has not paid. Do not contract this man. He also does business as SA Pools, Alexander Pools, Pools by Reynolds.
