I paid for shipping and one order 12/13/08 . I have gone online to no avail and called 4 times to cancel and the phones are always having technical trouble and no one responds to my emails. This is unlawful business practices and I am going to seek legal action if you don't refund my money and terminate any orders now and in the future. I have a pending charge again on my debit card of $71.98 today the 30th of December! that's 2 payments for an order I have tried to Cancel in the amount of $143.96.
