tried to get a refund since last jan 16, 09 have made numerous call`s to no avail. they are very heplful on the phone and tell you they will look into it and then nothing. by the time they put you though the customer service rep. and them asking all the same info each time, you feel like hanging up. which is probably there intent read full review »
