I have had Tribute Mastercard account going on three years now. As of Nov. 2008 it has been closed. For over a year I paid my account on time and more than the minamum payment. I received credit line increases as they stated they would do if I kept up my payments. In Oct. 08...I read on-line that they were having problems with the mailing address and not to mail your payment to that address.
