I just had a HORRIBLE experience with these guys. I have a Mitsubishi HD projection tv. The projector light bulb was about to burn out. I searched and found projectorlampcenter.com on google. I thought that the site looked pretty good and they had a chat feature which I thought was helpful. I chatted with the sales associate and told them about my problem.
