I only autherized the trial and they billed be $139.97 2 days before I recieved the product trial. They are to this day basically refusing to close my account. They have extremly long hold times 45 mins +. I always seem to talk to the same person named Robert. Not only have I made calls I also emailed them to close my account several times. I am sending all of this to my credit card company. I don't know how to stop them from charging my card. read full review »
