Blueline has the most unprofessional customer service I have seen in a property management company. Jason is good to deal with, but not the rest. You will be met with ignorance. I use to do some of their maintenance work and they always want to cut every corner they can. One of their staff is nothing but an ignorant racists. Blueline not only lies to their tenants but to their investors as well. They boost up their invoices by 25% for each repair. Continental Warranty

I purchased a continental warranty for my truck. After 4 months I had oil and coolant mixing and the truck keep overheating. I called Continental and they referred me to a shop that they deal with. The shop claimed they fixed the issue. After 3 weeks the same issue occured. My check oil light came on and the truck overheated again. There was no oil leaks on my pavement. Sommerville Electric

I had an estimate done by this company and refused because of price. The quote was $1, 300. About a year later out of know where they filed a lawsuit claiming that I owe them $9, 000 and I authorized them to do the work. I contacted their attorney and argued for 3 weeks for paperwork to be faxed to me that I authorized work and copy of the down payment. 3 weeks later I finally get a call from the attorney stating he had just got the paperwork from Sommerville Electric.
