On March 25 2009 I purchased a 30 day trial membership for the Awakened Imagination kit.I had one month to decide if i wanted to cancel.I notified the company to please cancel my membership on April 23 2009. On April 27 I was charged $32.95 on my visa . When the product came in the mail I returned it unopened the next day.I have made MANY requests both email and by phone to Paul Bauer and Dreams alive to please credit my visa back the$ 32.95.They have totally ignored my requests and I have not received my refund.I am so disappointed in this company and the way they do buisness seems like a scam to me. read full review »
