JUST an FYI - Got scammed like the rest of the folks on here...Called my bank to appeal the charge ($83.17) and the bank refunded me when I gave them the number to SWM labs. Either appeal to the bank or credit/debit card company and get your refund. ALSO, cancel your debit card and get a new one (I know this is a hassle, but much better than this faulty company continuing to pull money out of your account or charge you).
