I sent $129.50 for this company to send me a book to study which I did not recieve, so I called them multiple times. I finally spoke to a person by the name of Gary Barrett Rep. # 420-4213. I was told the book would be send again and when I was ready to take the exam (within a years time) I was to call 1-800-709-0162 and the exam would be set up for me to take.
