I ordered a set of brake levers from Bikepartsusa.com a month ago and it took three weeks to receive the order which was incomplete. I received one of the two levers and was told by customer service that the company would ship the other one to me ASAP. This was over a week ago and after speaking with customer service again, they forgot the order and again I was told they would ship the forgotten lever.
