This product has a money-back gaurantee!!! Called company about returning product, (May18th). Followed instructions given to me by rep, returned product via certified mail, (May 20th). Tracked package, was delivered in Utah on the 22nd of May. Called to check status, told they did receive the product May 26th. Was told the information that they require for return was not present when they received the package.
